We have been awarded membership to the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) – the mark of excellence in the home-buying sector.

We had to undergo rigorous assessment to ensure our systems and procedures meet the demanding standards set by the CQS scheme and we are all the more proud to have achieved accreditation within our first six months of trading.

CQS is the quality mark that allows you to feel secure that you are using a firm which provides high standards in the conveyancing process.

It is a further commitment on our part to quality in the service we provide.
