Our pricing information

By regulation all solicitors are required to publish specified price information on their websites for certain areas of work undertaken.

We welcomed and embraced the requirement as we have never had any desire to be coy about the prices for our services, most of which are fixed fee so that you always know up front what you are committing to (and there is no obligation for you to instruct us or for you to proceed with us if you do not accept a quoted fixed fee).

That said, our reputation and focus is built on the personal service we provide to our clients, treating you like an individual and not a number.

No two transactions are the same and no two clients are the same.

The bald pricing figures below do not tell the whole story (and by their very nature we are obliged to caveat them to warn that, should you choose to instruct us, actual quoted cost to your individual circumstances might be different), so we encourage you to contact or speak with one of our solicitors for them to understand your needs so that they can quote you personally.  There is no cost or obligation in you contacting us or speaking with us to ask what we may charge you.  In most instances we are happy to meet with you for that discussion.
