Roz is a FCILEX – Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow) – at Leigh Duncan, and brings nearly four decades of conveyancing expertise to every aspect of residential property transactions.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 1988, Roz has built an exceptional reputation for her personal, pragmatic approach. Her extensive experience covers the full spectrum of conveyancing – from purchases to investment properties, downsizing, transfer of equity, remortgages, new builds, and declarations of trust.
What sets Roz apart is her commitment to treating every client as an individual. She believes in face-to-face meetings wherever possible, building lasting relationships that span decades. Many clients have returned to her for over 30 years, bringing their friends and family along. Her calm demeanour and proactive approach ensure transactions progress as smoothly and stress-free as possible.
Driven by curiosity and a passion for environmental matters, Roz has pursued additional qualifications including an LLB Honours and a Masters in Environmental Law. A Buckinghamshire resident for many years, she actively supports local charities and has deep community connections.
Outside work, Roz enjoys exploring French, Spanish, and Italian cooking, swimming, walking, and fitness classes at her local gym. An avid reader, she particularly enjoys political biographies and Romantic poetry, reflecting her keen interest in current affairs at home and abroad.
