A warm welcome to Roz Allsop

We’re delighted to welcome Roz Allsop, FCILEX – Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow) – to the Leigh Duncan conveyancing team.

Roz joins us at an exciting time of growth, bringing a depth of conveyancing experience that few can match. What stood out most when we first met her wasn’t just her technical skill, but her steady, people-first approach. She has a rare ability to make even the most complex transactions feel calm and manageable – something our clients will truly value.

For Roz, conveyancing has always been about relationships. Over her long career she’s built lasting connections with clients who trust her judgment and appreciate her straightforward, practical advice. That same outlook fits perfectly with our way of working: clear communication, genuine care, and a belief that good service is about more than process – it’s about people.

She’ll be working closely with Janine Heil to support our expanding conveyancing team and mentor the next generation of legal professionals, helping to pass on the knowledge and perspective gained from decades in practice.

Outside the office, Roz brings a creative streak and a love of learning – from experimenting with Mediterranean recipes to exploring the outdoors or picking up one of the many instruments she plays.

We’re thrilled to have her with us and look forward to introducing her to clients old and new.
